Recruitment

CHQBAQ provides customized recruitment services for top level positions. We work closely with our clients to understand their requirements and then set about filtering candidates that most suit the requirement. Even before we present the candidates to our clients we have a process to verify the expediency of a candidate to the job.

We specialize in specific head hunting services at a senior level and match the best possible candidate with the job.

We have our own Verification division which takes care of ensuring that the candidates presented to clients are already verified.

Training

CHQBAQ conducts specialized training programs on various behavioral aspects of management. We conduct these programs through our training partners who are globally recognized in these areas. These programs are targeted at senior executives and professionally and socially active individuals.

We are launching a unique program for MBA colleges in and around Pune. The program will help enhance the skills of all management graduates who participate in the program.

Housekeeping

Due to our process driven approach CHQBAQ was entrusted with providing Housekeeping services to one of the prestigious management colleges in Pune. Our work has been much appreciated and we continue to learn and add new systems each day. We took it upon ourselves to use non-chemical based detergents and cleaning solutions, which help reduce water pollution. We are also ensuring that the housekeeping staff are well taken care of and provide for their training and grooming.

We will continue to improvise and use modern systems for this purpose and provide for a clean and green campus.

Employment verification

One of the most important aspects of a person’s resume is the employment history. Verifying the employment history thus becomes significant in order to get the right candidate for the given job.

CHQBAQ conducts this process on a first hand basis, our verification executive visits the organizations mentioned on the resume and verifies the record and confirms the following:

1. Company existence
2. Employment dates
3. Employment documents
4. Designation mentioned
5. Reporting hierarchy
6. Salary mentioned
7. Any negative markings
8. Achievements
9. Work related characteristics

This process gives a fool proof account of the resume being verified, the CHQBAQ seal of verification is given only if the candidate comes out successfully on all the above parameters.

Any gaps in the resume are noted clearly and are provided as a reference to the company for their records.
